Revenue growth management (RGM) is key to our delivery of sustainable profitable growth and creating a ‘win win win’ for Lindt, our customers and our shoppers. In 2021 we worked to benchmark our current RGM capabilities and to create a roadmap of priorities. Hence, we are now looking for a Head of RGM to be accountable for the set up and embedding of a new RGM team and to drive RGM expertise, understanding and ways of working at Lindt UK.
