In this role you report to the global Head of IT-Service & Client Management of Lindt & Sprüngli (International) AG based in Switzerland. You will be responsible for management and development of the global IT workplace management backend systems (Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Microsoft SCCM). You will work closely with the senior engineer responsible for Microsoft Windows client, nexthink (digital employee experience management) and ConnectWise (global remote support tool) based in Switzerland, and you act as the deputy to this person.
Within the global modern workplace team, you will be responsible for the know-how transfer and training of the global 2nd level support team in order to provide a good and efficient support.
Given the current set up of the IT organization in the Lindt Group, you can work in a global environment and bring in your experience in all the Lindt subsidiaries.
