How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
We have an exciting opportunity where you could be part of our incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for the execution of our Lindor marketing plan, as well as supporting the Senior Brand Manager in the development of future plans
Where you’ll be based
This role is based in in Sandyford, Dublin (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
- Responsible for ongoing internal and external performance analysis, supporting the Senior Brand Manager to deliver actionable insights, identify marketing key issues & workstreams to grow our Lindor business in the future.
- Partner with Sales and Category teams to understand customer opportunities and provide sales ready presentations to support growth
Consumer & Competitor Insight:
- Monitor competitor marketing activity (NPD launches, advertising, consumer promotions)
- Contribute to briefing and organising research projects in collaboration with category team
- Bringing the outside in, sharing broader market trends and media innovation that help inspire future thinking
Innovation:
- Supports the development of new products through the Go To Market process, from insight to execution (including P&L development, supplier briefings, project proposal and relationships with factories, cost & feasibility)
- Packaging Design: working with Senior Brand Manager, agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop and manage new packaging designs.
- Brief & create launch plans with Senior Brand Manager, category & sales team to drive awareness and trial of core and innovation
Marketing Activation:
- Contribute to the best possible execution of current year plans, with clear measures for success, and post activity analysis
- Day to day management of relevant agencies (design, sampling etc.)
- Support the Senior brand manager in the development and delivery of in-store plans including POS, Display retail media etc
- Support Senior Brand Manager on development and activation of creative and media plans
Other responsibilities:
- Assist with the presentation of brand plans at internal and external presentations
- Responsible for monitoring & tracking the marketing budget for Lindor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external contacts including the Lindt Irish & UK team, Lindt international, agency partners & brand partners.
What experience you’ll bring
- Previous relevant experience within an FMCG company
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills
- A team player with experience of working cross-functionally with good networking and relationship management skills
- Able to handle analysis and numerical tasks confidently (e.g. tracking and reporting or research interpretation)
- Well organised, able to multi-task with track record of delivering projects to a high standard and achieving results
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and able to propose solutions to problems, regularly takes initiative
- Creative and entrepreneurial
- Understanding of P&L management and commercial levers
- Ideally, educated to degree level or equivalent
- Microsoft office skills – experienced and proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
