Where you’ll be based

This role is office based in Sandyford, Dublin (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From July 2026, our Head Office will be based in Leopardstown.

How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

Account Management

  • Develop credible and strong relationships across customer base and with key internal influencers
  • Develop deep understanding of the retailer and networks within the account to develop Lindt’s business
  • Drive effective Lindt customer relationships through high professionalism in account management at the appropriate levels
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay feedback from customer partners
  • Deliver in year plan & budget linked to the Company strategy
  • Build and deliver robust Joint Business & Account Plans
  • Deliver growth and strategic plans by portfolio to deliver NTS requirements, RSV, Profit, and market share objectives
  • Optimize commercial spend investments and sustainable growth of Lindt NNP
  • Develop interdependent & collaborative relationships with Lindt cross functional teams
  • Deliver outstanding visibility

Support Key Account

  • Work closely with the NAM to support the application of Lindt business development opportunities.
  • Track key activations and analyse performance vs plan
  • Manage logistics and pricing records

What experience you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ experience working in Sales within a FMCG organisation
  • Strong MS Excel capability
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate commercial acumen and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Performance driven and goal-oriented
  • Be able to work cross functionally both internally and externally
