Where you will be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025 / early 2026 our Head Office will be based in Richmond-upon-Thames.
How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
Managing a key pillar of Retail business growth, the Corporate Gifting Manager will be responsible for delivering Sales and profit growth within the Corporate Gifting Channel. This will be enabled through a combination of managing larger, direct Corporate Gifting Customers as well as delivering sales through the Corporate Gifting Lindt online Store.
With an ideal start date of 1st July 2025, the Corporate Gifting Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key corporate clients, matching tailored gifting solutions to business needs, and driving sales growth within the corporate gifting sector.
Responsible for handling orders from initial inquiry stage through to post-delivery satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Lindt products, have a strong sales and relationship-building skillset, be highly organised, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
This role will play an important part in executing the Corporate Gifting Strategy for 2025 and will be part of the wider Digital and Retail team. Cross-Functional working will play a large part in helping the Corporate Gifting Executive to achieve against Objectives and achieving Sales growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Key Accounts
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as one of the main points of contact for corporate gifting-related inquiries
- Drive effective Lindt customer relationships through high professionalism in account management at the appropriate levels
- Understand customer timelines and requirements and proactively and constructively work these back within the Lindt organisation
Acquisition of New Business
- Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline both for Seasons and All Year Round Customers
- Maintain and grow new sustainable and profitable business by driving effective Lindt customer relationships at every level within the new accounts
- Attending Key Industry shows/events to spread the word of Lindt Corporate Gifting
Establish Operational Excellence
- Work with Demand Planners to ensure the appropriate stock is available to fulfil Corporate Gifting opportunities
- Capture pinch points during Peak seasons to take into Wash-Ups and help deliver Continuous Improvements
- Oversee the end-to-end process for corporate gifting orders, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, design) to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional service by understanding clients needs and offering personalized gifting experiences, including product recommendations and tailored packaging
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain detailed records of client orders in accordance with Corporate Gifting order trackers
- Attend regular daily morning calls with corporate gifting team and warehouse throughout T3 to provide updates and status of live orders
What experience you’ll bring
- Proven people management experience
- Excellent commercial acumen & P&L management
- Proven track record in building & maintaining corporate client relationships
- Great communication and team collaboration; there is a need to work across different levels of the organisation
- Ability to assess and identify gaps and put forward ideas for improvements
- Experience working with D2C eCommerce platforms
- Passion for LINDT
How you will be rewarded financially
For the position of Corporate Gifting Manager (6mth FTC) the salary range is £48,000 - £58,000 pro-rated plus car.
