Where you’ll be based
This role is based in in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025 / early 2026, our Head Office will be based in Richmond Upon Thames.
How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
In this role you will:
- Raise SAP/HANA POs and delivery schedules for all packaging materials under Strategic Contracts. Schedule, sequence, and control supply to prevent Co-pack disruptions and OOS for D2C/B2Bshop. Flag obsolescence risks early while maintaining optimal stock and planning flexibility. Expedite/de-expedite deliveries per monthly RoFo and proactively communicate supply risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, Strategic Procurement, Master Data and other Supply Chain teams to advance system-driven (SAP HANA/SNP/Lobster Pro) planning and reduce manual input across dependent demand
- Own the D2C Supply Review Process and place orders for independent SKUs based on the analytical bridge between stakeholder decisions and SAP/HANA prompts. Keep stakeholders informed of order status and flag service/obsolescence risks tied to inaccurate forecasts
- Plan, forecast, and control inbound packaging flow: instruct suppliers on 3PL processes, ensure compliance, issue shipping references, coordinate with chocolate supply under constraints, and resolve inbound discrepancies with vendors and 3PL. Handle invoice quantity issues promptly to ensure timely payments
- Monitor, analyze, and report OTIF and stock cover to support continuous improvement programs with key suppliers
- Minimize slow-moving and obsolete stock through regular reporting, stakeholder negotiation, and execution of agreed actions
- Maintain accurate master data (lead times, stock levels, packaging details, and categorization) in SAP HANA, Lobster Pro, and co-packer WMS. Ensure timely obsolescence of outdated material codes
What experience you will bring
- Degree-level education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, and results-driven mindset
- Resilient under seasonal workload peaks; adaptable to shifting priorities throughout the year
- Enthusiastic about building resilient supplier relationships in dynamic, complex supply chains; demonstrates strong ownership and learning agility
- Experience in material, production, inventory planning or packaging procurement within FMCG (confectionery a plus), or on the supplier side (e.g. packaging conversion or contract packing)
How you will be rewarded financially
For the position of Materials Supply Planner the salary range is £28,000 - £36,000. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 personal incentive, birthday day off and so much more!
