Where you’ll be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025, our Head Office will be based in Richmond upon Thames.

How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

In this role you will be fundamental in supporting the growth, development and execution of our brands in our key pureplay accounts. You will be joining an energetic and collaborative team, working with some of our most dynamic customers to deliver sales, profit and market share growth in the fast-paced Digital channel. As well as working closely with the Digital NAMs and wider sales team on commercial objectives, you will also be responsible for managing and developing our Marketplace partnerships and establishing incremental sales opportunities in this space, including P&L accountability.

Support Key Pureplay Accounts (Amazon, Ocado & Moonpig)

  • Work closely with our marketing teams and platforms (Brandbank, PIM, DAM) to ensure gold standard of eContent execution via Salsify Product Information System, optimising content across throughout the year on our current portfolio and supporting NPD launches
  • Update and track Amazon POs with supply chain teams, maintaining consistent availability, and improving forecast accuracy
  • Ensure stock availability for seasons by being the key liaison with both internal and external supply chains, tracking stock ordered vs purchase quantities agreed and ensuring delivery of quantities in full and identifying in advance any risks or additional opportunities
  • Full accountability for the new line process (internal/external), promotional forms (external), price match reporting (external) and sample / product mock-up ordering (internal/external)
  • Support the NAMs & Finance team with pricing records, accruals & invoice processing, including contributing in monthly account reviews
  • Own the Amazon AVS relationship and process

Account Management

  • Manage the relationship of our Marketplace partnership account, including planning and forecasting as part of regular performance reviews
  • Deliver against revenue & profit targets with P&L accountability
  • Help develop new product propositions in line with our brand and digital portfolio strategy to help drive sales with our third-party marketplace partners

Data & Insight Management

  • Use all available tools & systems (i.e. Nielsen NIQ) to extract and track Digital EPOS sales & share data and digital shelf performance across our pureplay accounts
  • Track key promotions and analyse performance vs plan
  • Track key performance trends across the category

What experience you’ll bring

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience working within FMCG (preferably Sales)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate commercial acumen and strong attention to detail
  • Performance driven and goal-oriented
  • Strong MS Excel capability
  • Passionate about making people feel special and embodying the Lindt brand in every interaction.
  • Experience working with Pureplay / Marketplace customers would be a great additiom
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools if possible

How you will be rewarded financially

For the position of National Account Executive – Digital, the salary range is £34,000 - £43,000 plus car. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 personal incentive, birthday day off and so much more!
