Where you’ll be based
This role will initially be based in Feltham, then from January 2026, our brand new Head Office will be based in Richmond upon Thames. (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)

How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

In this role you will be passionate about providing support to the People & Culture (P&C) Department and our teams to achieve a consistent approach to our People practices and administration that ultimately support our purpose and values. This role also supports our Reward and Payroll Manager with the payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll and Benefits

Support the Reward & Payroll Manager with the following:

Ensure all employee changes have been accurately captured for payroll

Support the Reward and Payroll Manager with running monthly payroll

Monthly headcount and org chart changes, tracking actuals and forecasts provided by Finance

Support with the self-assessments for LICS (Lindt Internal Control System)

Maintain administration of the employee benefits platform, including schemes such as Cycle to Work, Give As You Earn, and holiday trading

Manage employee communications related to benefits, answering queries and timely updates

General

Input new starters onto the People Systems

Preparing and issuing contracts of employment

Ensuring accurate Right to Work checks are carried out, investigating any rejections and escalating where necessary

Respond to queries in the P&C Email Inbox

Work collaboratively across the P&C team to provide effective administrative support

Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment related administration including scheduling interviews, responding to candidates, posting roles on job boards and keeping the systems up to date

Systems

Support with Shopworks, ensuring the data is correct and making changes where needed, working with the Reward and Payroll Manager

Support with Workday, ensuring data is correct and making changes where needed, ensuring our processes are running effectively and efficiently

What experience you’ll bring

Previous experience in a payroll related role

A passionate for working in People & Culture, with previous experience

Ability to build strong and real relationships across all levels within Lindt

Excellent attention to detail with good planning and organisation skills

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently – can get things done

Strong Excel skills (confident with VLOOKUP)

Approachable personal style – able to demonstrate empathy when appropriate

Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A team player - willing to provide support to colleagues when required

How you will be rewarded financially

For the position of People and Payroll Coordinator, the salary range is £34,000 - £40,000. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 personal incentive, birthday day off and so much more!
