Where you’ll be based
This role is based in in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%) until the end of 2025. From early 2026, our Head Office will be based in Richmond Upon Thames.
How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple product change projects successfully within the organisation. Projects will range from Existing Product Development (EPD) as well as New Product Development (NPD). This will cover graphic changes, new packaging development, product mix changes, delist, geographical expansion of existing SKUs as well as interfacing with our factories for new product development projects. Specific tasks include management of timeline development and tracking, adherence to our internal Stage & Gate governance process, budget tracking, building and managing cross functional project teams, identifying risks and implementing mitigation steps as well as effectively managing issues that arise.
You will
- Build cross functional project teams and ensure suitable communication strategy in place to deliver the project scope
- Provide project status updates for reporting and review meetings
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
- Lead the project team to resolve issues and build action plan and escalate when needed
- Drive consistency and quality of project execution
- Drive continuous improvement in process and ways of working with key stakeholders
- Ensure project costs are effectively managed as well as resource for your projects
- Responsible for masterdata code initiation
- Ensure change activity is captured and managed within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle
- Responsible for management of artwork & repro according to critical path timelines
What experience you will bring
- Prior experience in FMCG environment is desirable
- Proven experience in project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills with ability to drive effective discussions and decision making
- Excellent leadership skills to ensure strong focus to schedule, cost and quality of project delivery
- Proven ability in building effective teams to deliver projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – enjoys problem solving and scenario planning
- Experience of artwork development and print process desirable
How you will be rewarded financially
For the position of Product Change Specialist, the salary range is £40,000 - £50,000 pro-rated.
