Where you’ll be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025, our Head Office will be based in Richmond upon Thames.
How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
In this dynamic role, for which we would like the contract to start on 4th August 2025, you will be responsible for ensuring that key eCommerce KPIs are delivered across Lindt’s online D2C channels across traffic, conversion, order value & retention metrics. This is a multidisciplinary role that will implement, grow and manage our core online trading levers, including promotions, stock availability, CRM, Digital Marketing and new routes to market. To excel in this role, you will be commercially minded with practical experience in online D2C trading and Digital channel management.
You will own the traffic / transaction forecast as part of a multi-channel acquisition strategy, delivered in line with the omni-channel Retail marketing calendar. As a team leader, you will also support online merchandising, product performance, CRM, Loyalty and trend analysis. You will also be adept at managing and developing third party agency and affiliate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Trading Performance
- Performance management of the online D2C channel (lindt.co.uk); ensuring that plans, digital activities, and processes are always aligned to deliver against in-year eCommerce trading KPIs
- Partner with the Merchandising Manager to optimise trade plans based on performance and coordinate the timely delivery of any necessary actions
- Regular reviews of trading performance - working with Digital, Retail, Marketing, Operations and digital suppliers to apply learnings to future plans
Customer Growth & eCRM Marketing
- Senior accountability for the Loyalty strategy and long-term plans that grow customer base, purchase frequency and customer lifetime value
- Partner with global and local Retail teams and digital agencies to develop and implement the eCRM roadmap, optimising how customer data is captured and utilised online & in stores
Channel Reach & Distribution
- Manage third party agency and supplier relationships to build and deliver performance marketing plans that deliver traffic and conversion growth; including but not limited to Google Shopping, PPC, Paid Social & affiliate marketing
- Support the Head of eCommerce on the development of new routes to market and strategic growth projects (i.e. Marketplaces, Social Commerce)
- Own the online D2C transaction forecast and providing frequent updates to the 3PL warehouse team to ensure fulfilment capacity is planned to meet demand
Team Leadership
- This role includes line management responsibility, providing support, coaching and guidance to the eCommerce Executive and Loyalty & Email Marketing Manager
What experience you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in digital performance and trade management environments
- 2+ years CRM experience working with email marketing platforms and/or marketing clouds
- eCommerce platform experience (Magento preferred)
- Highly numerate and analytical, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Great communication and team collaboration; there is a need to work across different levels of the organisation
- Strong project management skills

How you will be rewarded financially
For the position of Senior Digital Growth Manager (13mth FTC) the salary range is £58,000 - £68,000 pro-rated.
