How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate

In this role you will sit in the Revenue growth management (RGM) team, which is key to our delivery of sustainable profitable growth and creating a ‘win win win’ for Lindt, our retailers, and our shoppers.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior RGM Manager to join our team to lead and implement our RGM Strategy and Activation Plans. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of RGM opportunity initiatives for our Lindt Boxed and Seasonal portfolios through diagnostic analysis.
  1. Pricing & Range Architecture
    • Lead consumer pricing strategy development and guidelines across branded portfolios by key channels and customers aligning to our business objectives
    • Develop insights and understanding of our consumer willingness to pay, category knowledge and price elasticity to support pricing strategy development and provide price optimisation actions.  Identify Risks & Opportunities to our defined pricing strategies
    • Collaborate with cross functional team on developing PPA opportunities, identifying white space and building business cases
    • Define RRP’s and promotional pricing for new product development through data analysis
  1. Promotions
    • Lead the development of promotional strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to our brand & product objectives
    • Drive promotional effectiveness of spend on Promotions across our channels and customers including Post Event Analysis, ensuring actions are implemented into the market
    • Track and review external promotional landscape to optimise promotional strategies and guidelines
  1. Mix Management
    • Create strategies to improve mix management by identifying action plans to optimise
    • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to ensure mix improvement actions are implemented
    • Track implementation of Mix Management initiatives
  • RGM Analytics & Insights
    • Very strong analytical skills and efficiency in Excel is a must with experience in price and promotional modelling tools to assess impacts of initiatives
    • Be self-sufficient in the ability to pull, cleanse and review numerous data sources
    • High proficiency with key data sources for external EPOS and shopper data and Internal financial/P&L.  Knowledge of TPM systems
    • Project Management skills and experience
    • Proven experience in using PowerPoint and ability to produce visually compelling presentations
    • Create metrics for success, track and monitor progress against these metrics and develop mitigation plans
  • Building RGM capability across the commercial organization

Upskill broader commercial teams to partner with the implementation of RGM initiatives

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Preferred

  • Experience in CPG industries or strategic consulting roles
  • Experience in RGM, Market Strategy & Planning roles with strong skills in Commercial & Customer Strategy and Commercial Execution
  • Proven track record of creating business impact and delivering results
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to solve problems
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships to drive influence and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

Where you’ll be based

This role is based in Feltham, London until the end of 2025, then it will be based in Richmond-Upon-Thames (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
