How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate
In this role you will be part of a trusted team of Commercial Finance (CF) experts who are central to providing strategic insights and decision-making support to the commercial functions at Lindt UK.
Where you’ll be based
This role is based in in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025 / early 2026, our Head Office will be based in Richmond Upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Promotions
- Support the documentation of the approval process for trade promotions running until 31st December 2025
Trade Rebate Invoices
- Manual processing of trade rebates invoices for activities relating to 2025 and older
- Ageing invoice reporting and monitoring
- Support the ongoing transition to SAP S4HANA and future transition to new TPM
Balance Sheet Management
- Support month end roll and maintaining of balance sheet reconciliations for different areas (i.e. Grocery, Impulse, Digital and Ireland)
- Support accruals risk meetings with CF Analysts, highlighting areas of under-accruals, proposals for alternative promotions and flagging any concerns on assumptions to be considered on YTG accruals
- Aged balance sheet management in line with balance sheet policy
LICs Compliance
- Ensure centralised management of all customer trade investment agreements
Pricing
- Assist the CF Support team in ensuring contract prices are accurately uploaded in SAP
Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist the CF Support team with key month end processes when needed
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Preferred
• Experience in a Commercial Finance Administration or Accounting role
• Communicates & Collaborates Effectively – communicates in an appropriate and timely way, building understanding by listening actively and asking the right questions with people from both financial and non-financial backgrounds
- Drive for Results – appropriately prioritises work and creates plans to deliver to tight deadlines, be performance driven, tenacious and goal orientated
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, with good attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Excel, experience of accounting systems – SAP S4HANA, TPM and BI preferable.
How you will be rewarded financially
For the Commercial Finance Business Partner position, the salary range is £30,000 - £35,000 prorated.
