We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.
In this role you will lead and evolve the D2C IT landscape at Lindt UK, ensuring systems and processes are strategically aligned with business goals. This includes:
- Responsible for the D2C application suite locally with Global Process & Solution Owners
- Leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement and strategic planning
- Managing vendor relationships and international IT coordination
- Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation across D2C channels through global process owners, local process champions and superusers
They will support, advise, problem solve and improve system processes across the Direct-to-Consumer IT landscape for Retail & EShop, including:
- Retail SAP S4/HANA, OlymPOS Retail Store systems
- Ecom Magento Ecommerce platform, CRM, email marketing & loyalty platforms.
- Master Data Management through Retail & Ecom systems and PIM
- Local responsible for D2C Reporting (Analytics) & D2C SaaS solutions such as Shopwork T&A
Key Responsibilities
Strategic IT Partnership & Demand Leadership
- Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline, aligning initiatives with business strategy
- Lead prioritisation and resource allocation across D2C IT initiatives
- Influence business planning cycles by embedding IT strategy and capability roadmaps
- Chair regular demand governance forums with senior stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment
- Act as the IT representative for D2C, building trusted relationships with retail, ecommerce, supply chain, and finance leaders
- Translate business strategy into IT capability needs and investment cases
- Lead cross-functional workshops to surface pain points, opportunities, and innovation themes
Solution Ownership & Process Excellence
- Responsible for the end-to-end D2C application landscape, ensuring systems are fit-for-purpose and scalable
- Govern requirements definition, solution design, and change delivery
- Drive automation, integration, and simplification across D2C business processes
- Lead business case development and projects with key stakeholders and partners (local & global)
Architecture & Innovation Leadership
- Shape and evolve the D2C systems capability roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities (e.g., AI, RPA, advanced analytics)
- Ensure systems and processes support future business models and growth plans
Service Excellence & Incident Management
- Oversee incident resolution and root cause analysis across D2C systems
- Ensure SLAs are met through proactive vendor and superuser management
- Collaborate with infrastructure and international teams to ensure system stability and performance
What experience you’ll bring
- Experience in IT/business systems leadership within FMCG or consumer goods with experience of retail and/or ecommerce channels
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering cross-functional IT initiatives
- Deep expertise in retail systems and/ or Ecommerce platforms and in one or more key D2C process areas.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of driving transformation and operational excellence
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and strategic thinking

How you will be rewarded
Internal Level 3
For the position of IT Business Partner the salary is c. £80,000. In addition, you will receive a benefits package including; bonus, car allowance, pension, life cover, health care, chocolate allowance; chocolate give-aways, chocolate discount, £100 personal incentive, birthday day off and so much more!
